ReplyDelete- An average day for a serf/peasant would probably be precisely how we are living in union City, without the detailed technology. Though, you could say a bit more boring in ways that they did more work than us, got less breaks, and received less money. They would work constantly and live their life hoping something great would change their life one day. This miracle they dream of is becoming a lord or possibly pertaining a more advanced position in job placement. The children, however, weren't really a big deal. They received an education like anyone typically would in their childhood. Many peasants became warriors as well to have a motivation to live upto and motivation to as well die for.

ReplyDeleteAn averge day as a serf getting a knight to give you a home and working out in the field. I work out planting corns and squash. I have to dig up dirt and plant the seeds. Then water then everyday enough for it to not drown. I work out in the sunny field or rainy days. It like how people work these days when they have no jobs or education. They work hard and long to make money for a family/home to keep. Its important for them to work for thier needs. It's important for them to work because the world is nothing without business. It's a cycle you work for someone who works for another, but their is always something in return. All that matters is that you work to get the needs and don't get fired or homeless.

My average day as a serf. I work most of my time. It's a lot of hard labor, it tires me all the time. I work for a knight and he has me take care of his things. I take care of all his fief and house. The work isn't fun at all. I work mostly outdoors. I have work to survive; I have no education so this is what I do.

Being a serf would be different from the opposite sex cause men had more choices.Women were forced into an arrange marriages, died during child birth, and were not allowed to divorce. A normal day would consist of waking up to make my husband breakfast. After he left I would tend to the field, children, chores, etc.We would be living in land that knights gave to us.We would obviously pay most taxes. We don't get breaks its work after work and then sleep to wake up a couple of hours later to repeat the same day over and over...

My average day is full of hard, tiring labor.working without an end, and without a profit, I practically live to work, and work to survive. The knight gives us protection, but the only thing they really care about protecting is the lands, we dont matter to the king. Is not all of a bad live, sometimes we get free days, and we all reunite and party for being alive and for aving a roof atop our heads. I am a serf in this is my life.

An average day for a serf would be working hard throughout the land every hour of every day. We get no brakes, and we have to always tend to the kinights land. It gets very exhausting at times, working in the hot sun all day. Its no fun and games, and we always have to follow the knight's orders. I am in charge of the crops in the fields. I plant the seeds, and water them everyday. In return, I get protection, but its not much. The life of a serf is very tiring and hard working, but we do it because we must and i'm very poor, so I have nothing else to do. That's how the life of a serf is, tiring, working, and depressing.

Daily life for the peasants is generally pretty hard. they get up each morning at dawn, eat a quick breakfast and then they have to get off to the fields for a full day of work. They have to plant, tend, and harvest at least one good crop a year or we will starve in the winter. they usually try to plant and harvest at least two crops each year. After working all day, they sometimes stop in the village tavern for a bit of socializing before going home to have dinner, and then off to bed.

if i am a serf/peasant in the middle ages it would be bad because i get to work outside in the field for whole day. i get to pay a little bit of money and sometime the other people tells you to work for them as a slaves. when it is raining suuny and snowing i have to work out there too and take care of the crops. an average for serf/peasant like back then is worse then today because they get no breaks. they also have no job and no education. today you get break and a couple days off and you don't work on rain or snow day. i also get a lot of moneys too today.

Being a serf in the middle ages is very hard work. You have to get up very early in the morning and work the knight's fields. We work taking care of the fields from morning to sunset without breaks. Its very tiring work as we dont even get paid.We serfs basically work to eat and survive. This is a regular routine all us serfs must do.

An average day as a serf is to work hard for someone else. We sacrifice our time to work in the fields. Even know we work hard we don't get pay or get move to a higher level. All we do as serf is work hard and get nutting out of it. Everyday in our life is to work and help someone else instead of ourselves.
an average day as a serf would be to work hard follow orders so that they wont get hit allways keep a smile for the guards never take brakes.also never let them see u fooling around with anyone since the law was very strong in the medieval times they;ll probably kill you or something. since most of the lords were really mean they would probably kill you.
ReplyDeleteAn average day ad a serf is not a good thing. It not a good thing becuase then you got to work alot and follow what they tell you to do. Also is that you got to work alot and you have to be a slave and work and you have no break time to eat lunch. Its not a good thing to be a serf becuase it bad and if i was a serf i will better die then being alive. This is how a average day to be a serf.

Working as a serf would be very hard.I will have to wake up early just to do work for the king and we dont even get breaks as we do now in the present.If i were to be a serf i dont think i will be able to survive because of all of that i have to do. I will have to wake up really early just to work for protection and food and not even a little break. I wont be able to do anything just work, the same routine over and over again every single day. I dont think anyone wold like to be a serf.This is how a day in the life of a serf would be.
The everyday life as a peasant is not easy. I work from dust to dawn, barely getting money to put food on my familys table. People are constantly pushing us around. According to the nobles we must follow every rule of the King of England. It is a dread to be a serf, I have no dignity in a place like this. I walk around in raggety clothing wishing for a better day, a better tomorrow. Life as a serf is not easy.
ReplyDeleteI'm a serf. they treat me like dirt. I clean I slave on doing everything for my master. I get like a grain a food every once an a while. my family stuggles cause the nobles/ knights seem to have everything. I plan to provide my husband with enough & my child with what I can, I am a serf. being poor isn't fun , I want to own lands but, I'm poor. well besides farming and reciving a bit of money , its not too bad. but its a way of living.

We as serfs live and serve everyday for our lives to eat and work for food. We are poor and we have chances of working our ranks up to Knights or Nobles. We work for Knights as they protect us and guarantee food for out families and needs to survive harsh suffering times. This routine isn't difficult at all since we as serfs are already use to it.

ReplyDeleteThe average life for a serf would be like how it is in our modern life currently.well exept the overly inhanced technology. Most of there life included working in hard labor to pay for the land they live in. We pay for the land that we rent of place we live in. They also worked in the lords castle. Most of americas citizens work in house labor cause they find it easier to make money just to work for another person as there nany of maid.
The average life of a serf would be extremly hard. what makes it hard is that they are poor and have to work hard to get their rank up. if i was living at that time, i think i would be dead. i dont know how the serfs are used to it. working for people and then having to feed your family. people really suffered back in the day!
